Good Sports Art New York Yankees Fourth of July Lithograph

Righetti struck out nine and walked four in recording the first regular-season no-hitter by a Yankee pitcher since Allie Reynolds blanked the Bosox on September 28, 1951. Righetti's no-no is the first by a lefthander in Yankee Stadium history. His hard, game-ending slider eluded a swinging Boggs, who came to the plate hitting .357. In artistic terms, "Fourth of July" can best be described as a "mixed media painting assemblage."
